The Reason I Created This Course
I was you. I didn’t know what self-love actually meant—not in a Pinterest-quote, bath-and-a-journal kind of way. I thought I had it because I was “independent” and could walk away from anyone. But deep down, I was chasing validation. I kept picking people who didn’t fully choose me, then wondering what was wrong with me when it didn’t work out.
I’d overthink every text. I’d send 173 follow-ups trying to fix things. I’d contort myself to be who I thought they wanted—then resent them for not seeing the real me. Sound familiar?
After coaching hundreds of clients and walking through my own mess, I realized self-love isn’t about feeling good all the time—it’s about showing up for yourself when it’s hard. It’s about boundaries, nervous system regulation, and learning to sit with your feelings instead of abandoning yourself to chase someone else.
